My co workers mother was waked here and I had to congratulate the person who prepared her. For the first time in a long time, someone I knew in life, actually looked peaceful to the point of sleep. I was Amazed at the overall process, and since I once did make up for the dead, I can definitely appreciate the care that was taken to get her just right.  

AR Leak & Son's has a few other funeral homes but this one in my view is the most elegant and just beautiful as far as funerals go. The professionalism that this institute brings to the table is just perfect. I know I did a review before, but I had to commend all over again since this is such a touchy matter.

From the beginning, where Leak & Son sent someone to the house to obtain information to retrieve the body, to the end at the cemetery, the staff was very professional, understanding, helpful and courteous,  I felt they were part of my extended family.  I want to thank them for being there.  I highly recommend using Leak & Son.  They made a very difficult time less trying.  Thanks!!!!

Leak and Sons Funeral Home provided the services for my mother and made it such a beautiful experience during a very trying time. From the moment we contacted them after her transition until we placed her in her final resting place they were more than attentive to my families needs. The embalmers did such a wonderful job that you could not detect that she had suffered from a lengthy illness. Her services were held in Gary, Ind and the limos arrived on time and remained with my family until the repast was over for which we were most appreciative.
